As a Part-Time Starbucks Barista at Hilton, you will blend the world-renowned coffee standards of Starbucks with the luxury hospitality of the Hilton brand. You will play a vital role in the hotel's mission to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability while crafting premium beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Craftsmanship: Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold Starbucks beverages, following established recipes and presentation standards exactly.
Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, respond to requests in a friendly and efficient manner, and resolve any dissatisfaction with professional hospitality.
Sales & Transactions: Take guest orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, process various payments (cash, credit, gift cards), and upsell additional items to enhance profitability.
Operational Standards: Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and seating areas; perform opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and securing the house bank.
Inventory Management: Requisition, stock, and rotate products (milk, syrups, beans) to ensure freshness and availability.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines, including checking refrigerator temperatures and following company safety procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous barista, hospitality, or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
Communication: Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly to interact with diverse guests and understand instructions.
Mathematical Skills: Basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling, making change, and totaling charges.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Flexibility: Open availability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
