Responsibilities:
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently for valet services.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions with integrity and attention to detail.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests.
- Maintain clear communication with valet attendants and front desk staff.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton Daytona Beach Resort policies and procedures.
- Assist with resolving guest inquiries and concerns related to valet services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a valet cashier or in a similar cashier role preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours as needed.
